In today’s fast-growing world needs of people are growing like never before. In some countries, people prefer to own a house rather than renting one. According to me, this definitely leads to a positive effect. In this essay, I will further discuss what might be the possible causes for the same.

To begin with, owning a house initially requires a plethora of investment but conversely saves people from a lot of tension that might come with renting one. Having a house gives people a sense of relief because they know whatever they earn will go in other expenses, excluding rent. Owning a house also gives an individual a sense of belonging, security and authority to do/ change whatever he feels like. For instance, asking your landlord about anything and everything you might want to change can become really stressful and infuriating.

On the other hand, owning a house is a big asset nowadays. An individual remains well aware that whatever the future might hold for him, he will not come on roads as he can sell off his house and earn revenue out of it. Furthermore, it helps an individual to live a stress-free life. For example, in some developed countries bank provide loans to an individual only if has acquired property of worth some millions of dollars, this is done just to ensure that if the person flees away his property can be sealed by the bank.

In conclusion, I strongly opine that owning a house leads to a positive situation because anyway paying rent would cost an individual some amount of money so why not save some more and build a house of your own and live life without boundaries.
