Sample Answer:

In today’s world, the environmental issues we are facing are indeed monumental. From climate change to deforestation to pollution, the damage being done to the environment is undeniable. While it is true that the scale of these problems can be overwhelming for ordinary individuals, I believe that everyone has a role to play in improving the situation. However, I also recognize the crucial role that governments and large organizations must play in reducing the amount of damage being done to the environment.

On an individual level, there are numerous actions that people can take to contribute to environmental conservation. Simple acts such as reducing energy consumption, recycling, using public transportation, and supporting sustainable businesses can collectively have a significant impact. Moreover, individuals can also advocate for environmental policies, participate in clean-up efforts, and educate others about the importance of environmental conservation. While these actions may seem small in the grand scheme of things, they are essential in creating a collective consciousness about the environment.

However, the responsibility for addressing environmental issues cannot solely rest on the shoulders of individuals. Governments and large organizations have a crucial role to play in enacting policies and practices that prioritize environmental sustainability. This includes investing in renewable energy sources, implementing and enforcing regulations to reduce pollution, protecting natural habitats, and promoting sustainable practices in industries. Additionally, governments should allocate resources for research and development of innovative solutions to environmental problems.

In conclusion, while individuals can make a difference through their actions, governments and large organizations also bear a significant responsibility in reducing the damage being done to the environment. It is only through a collective effort that we can hope to address the environmental challenges we face. Therefore, I strongly believe that both individuals and larger entities must work together to achieve a more sustainable and environmentally conscious future.
