Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to provide you feedback in response to the meeting that I organized at your esteemed hotel two days ago on 8th August 2020.
It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that the members of the meeting were incredibly pleased with the amicable hotel staff and were mesmerized by the ambiance of your hotel per se. They also mentioned that the appetizers that were served were absolutely delectable.
However, I regret to bring this to your knowledge, a few flaws that turned our experience into an unpleasant one. Firstly, the quantity of food ordered did not suffice for the number of guests present. Apart from that, not only were the soft drinks served warm, but the seafood was giving off an extremely abysmal odor.
Please let me take this opportunity to pour in my suggestion on behalf of my colleagues, so as to prevent such mishaps in the future as such incidents can greatly tarnish the reputation of your prestigious hotel. It is highly recommended that you double-check the quality as well quantity of meals yourself, before being served to the valuable guests so as to save them from any unfavorable experiences.
